Ingredients In This Salt Free Salad Dressing
- Apple Cider Vinegar, which gives this dressing a little extra tang which is really fantastic! I love using organic apple cider vinegar with the mother which has a great flavor. I think it gives a nice extra sweetness and depth with 0 mg sodium. You could also use red wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar, or champagne vinegar if desired.
- Granulated Sugar – you can use white sugar, brown sugar, or a natural sweetener like honey or pure maple syrup.
- Fresh Garlic cloves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Spices – I added a salt-free Italian seasoning blend for a zesty flavor!
- Sunflower Oil: our go-to oil for everything, it has a neutral mild flavor, great for roasting or baking! Sunflower is a high oleic oil, so it’s also great to use for high temperatures.
- Black pepper
