What’s In This Salt Free Coleslaw Recipe?

  • Coleslaw Mix (Cabbage, Carrots)
  • Low Sodium Mayonnaise: If you have 5 minutes, you can make this easy low sodium mayonnaise recipe in your blender or food processor! If you’re looking for a store-bought option, this mayo has only 50mg per serving, which is about half the sodium of traditional brands.
  • White Wine/White Balsamic Vinegar – if you can find it in stores, give it a try – it’s amazing! White wine vinegar is the next best thing.

This recipe was simple to make and had a good flavor to it. I don’t like cole slaw that is drenched in mayonaise (as much of them are) so this one worked well for me. I added cilanto since I am a fan of it and use it a lot on the various dishes I make. My husband can be a picky eater but he really liked this coleslaw. I will be putting this cole slaw in my recipe book. Not all recipes make it there but this one did.

    Thanks for sharing
