Ingredients You’ll Need

Be sure to visit the recipe card below to see the full ingredient amounts and directions!

Our salad topper is made with a great variety of unsalted nuts and seeds! For the nuts we use: walnuts, cashews, and sliced almonds.

For seeds we like using shelled pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas) which have a wonderful green color. We also like unsalted sunflower seeds which you can find pre-shelled.

And we add a few dried cranberries for a tart and sweet addition!

Additions and Substitutions

You can add in any other nuts you prefer – chopped hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, or pecans would be great additions.

If you can’t find sliced or slivered almonds, you can use regular chopped almonds.

Want to add more crunch? You can add chopped unsalted pretzels, croutons, or sesame sticks as well.
