This hot sauce is also made with a low sodium Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder. These give the buffalo sauce a depth of flavor and a delicious savory taste.

You can add in other spices to give this sauce a different flavor: onion powder, smoked paprika, or thyme would all change the taste!

White vinegar is classic in buffalo sauce, but you can try this recipe with apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, or even a champagne vinegar for a twist.
