Ingredients You’ll Need

The base of this recipe is baby carrots! I used a 1lb bag of carrots, which is enough for about 4 1-cup servings.

The sauce in this recipe is made from low sodium Worcestershire sauce which gives it a tangy and savory flavor. I also use maple syrup (you could also use honey or brown sugar) and olive oil.

Toss the carrots with some spices for added flavor! I use onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.

You can use sliced or chopped whole carrots, or even tri-colored baby carrots if you can find them in the store.

Add a few sliced baby potatoes for a heartier side dish.

If you don’t have thyme, you can use an Italian spice blend, French herbs de Provence, or oregano if you wish.
