In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, milk, apple cider, chives, parsley, dill, low sodium Worcestershire sauce, fresh garlic, onion powder, mustard powder, and black pepper.
Mix well until ingredients are well combined into a cream dressing. Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed - adding extra black pepper or vinegar as desired.
Use as a dip, toss with a salad, or use it as a dipping sauce. Store leftover ranch in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
