This low sodium sweet onion vinaigrette recipe is a bright and flavorful salad dressing, made with sweet Vidalia onions and no added salt!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ large sweet onion peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the dressing ingredients: onion, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, whole grain mustard, black pepper and olive oil.
  • Start by blending on low speed, and gradually work up to high speed until dressing is smooth and creamy.
  • Dress your favorite salad greens, and enjoy!
  • Store leftover salad dressing in an airtight container, refrigerate, and enjoy within 1 week.
