This low sodium balsamic vinaigrette dressing recipe is a quick and easy homemade dressing made without added salt! With olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard, this easy dressing is great for salads of all kinds.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener of choice (like honey or sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or low sodium mustard
  • 1 orange juiced, or substitute 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl (or mason jar with airtight lid), add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, maple syrup or sweetener, orange juice, and pepper.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients - the dressing will turn thick and creamy.
  • Pour into your favorite salad, or refrigerate in an airtight container and use within a week.
