This homemade low sodium Caesar dressing recipe is a creamy tangy dressing perfect for tossing with crisp Romaine lettuce and salt-free croutons in a Caesar salad. This dressing takes just 5 minutes to whisk together!

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, low sodium mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard powder, and black pepper (plus nutritional yeast, if using).
  • With a whisk, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Taste, and adjust seasonings, adding more lemon juice or pepper if desired. If the dressing is too thick, you can add 1 teaspoon of water at a time to thin it out as desired.
  • Use immediately to toss a salad, or refrigerate and use within 2 days.
