Season the steak: in a separate bowl, add your spices and mix with a spoon. We love a salt free steak spice, but also add garlic or onion powder too.
Once mixed, add half the steak spice to one side of your steak. Flip, and rub the other side with the remainder of the spice.
If grilling or using the oven, heat the steak on a 400 degree oven or grill until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. This can very based on cooking method, however I found it usually takes 15-25 minutes.
Once the steak is cooked, remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon unsalted butter on top of each steak, and allow to sit for 5 minutes before enjoying.
