Low Sodium Brownies

This Low Sodium Brownie recipe is rich, fudgy, and delicious. Made with all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and unsalted butter!  They cook quickly and are a perfect salt-free dessert or snack.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the all purpose flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the eggs, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract and mix well to combine. Add walnuts, if using.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish and place in a center rack of the oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked fully through. To test, stick a toothpick into the center of the brownies, and if it comes out clean the brownies are fully cooked.
  • Allow the brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy!
