This low sodium burger patties recipe is a delicious flavorful dinner idea without salt. Ground beef and spices give this dish an incredible flavor. Add your favorite condiments and burger topping and get grilling.

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the thawed ground beef, egg, brown sugar, low sodium Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine the mixture.
Divide the mixture into quarters in the bowl, and form each quarter into one burger patty.
Place the burger patties on a plate in an even later. Cover and refrigerate until cooking.
To cook, grill or cook the patties on a hot skillet/griddle pan for 6 minutes on the first side, and about 4 minutes on the second side. Allow the meat to reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
Serve on a low sodium bun or a lettuce wrap, and add your favorite toppings: low sodium mustard, ketchup, mayo, sliced tomato, lettuce, and raw or grilled onions.
