This Low Sodium Brownie recipe is rich, fudgy, and delicious. Made with all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and unsalted butter! They cook quickly and are a perfect salt-free dessert or snack.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the all purpose flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add the eggs, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract and mix well to combine. Add walnuts, if using.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and place in a center rack of the oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked fully through. To test, stick a toothpick into the center of the brownies, and if it comes out clean the brownies are fully cooked.
Allow the brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy!
