This low sodium ketchup recipe is bright & flavorful, made with tomato paste, brown sugar, spices, and no added salt! Ready in 5 minutes, this easy dip and condiment is made with simple pantry staple ingredients and requires no cooking.
To a medium mixing bowl, add the no-salt-added tomato paste, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne (if using.)
Mix well until all ingredients are well combined and you have a thick ketchup.
Taste, and adjust seasonings as needed - adding more honey or brown sugar for a sweeter sauce, or more vinegar or garlic powder to make it more savory.
Ketchup will last for up to one week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
